Can you please tell me why the meat I can in the elite 808 is coming out so tough it is impossible to eat. I have canned meat in an old stove type pressure canner with out any problems and got very good tender meat, but with this canner it is too tough. HELP! Also while I have your attention, the booklet says you can use this as a water bath canner, but there are no instructions… so how does that work? Thank you. Other that the two above subjects, I love the product.
