Cons
While it is indeed advertised mainly as a slow cooker, that is one of the biggest criticisms of it. The problem with the IP-LUX60 is that it cooks on a lower pressure as compared to competitors, which is only from 10-11PSI only. For that, it would force you to adjust the timings and temperatures of your recipe in order to get the complete functionality from this. Moreover, because of its slower operation, if you ever in a hurry, your stove-top pressure cooker will do a much better job than this.
While this has a lot of features, more than can be counted on your hands, and that could be a good things, but for some it might be a little too much. Yes the front panel has large buttons, a large display, and a manual button for you to set everything yourself, trying to make it simple. But for those accustomed to a stove-top pressure cooker, it might be slightly harder to use.
