It started with a Presto Model PCC4A 4 Quart pressure cooker in color bright finish - the color? Avocado green. The date was June 1970. When we made the quantum leap to a MacDonald's 23 Quart Cooker/Canner a few years later, it was much like going from a Smart Car to the Chevy Suburban but it expanded pressure cooking horizons to another level. We even inherited an aluminum Wear-Ever No.3607 - 7 Quart pressure Cooker. Since then, we've used a T-Fal 4 Quart pressure cooker several times a week but it is time to update to a new model.
